Job Description

ServiceMarket works with over 300 home services companies in the UAE, Our Account Management and Operations Officers ensure that ServiceMarket’s partners are performing well, delivering a great service to our customers, and are satisfied, thus ensuring that they are retained for the long-term and they grow their business with ServiceMarket.

Responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with approx 40 accounts, getting to know them and their decision makers well

• Pulling weekly and monthly reports on their performance (jobs, ratings, operations) and understanding how well they are working with ServiceMarket

• Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with the partners to ensure that they grow the business with us and are retained for the long term

• Identifying initiatives that can help us improve the way we work with our partners; and implementing these initiatives

• Achieving Service Market’s Partner Performance Targets and KPIs (number of jobs delivered, customer rating, …etc)

Skills

Background requirement

• Minimum of 4 year experience in a Account Management/ Retention role. Experience in an Online-Based/ E-Commerce company is a plus.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Management related field (e.g. Business, Finance, and Operations) from a reputable university

• Strong analytical skills: Ability to pull reports, understand data, and calculate Performance KPIs for our partners

• Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to handle complaints by the partners, ability to identify solutions for these problems, and implement them to the satisfaction of the partner

• Strong personality and communication skills; fluently spoken and written English required

• High energy, and commitment to help ServiceMarket be the most successful company in the market

• Proven track record on delivering results in your organization

• Candidate will be expected to present references from his/her previous employer
